1. cockroach management service

This service is targeted against common household crawling pests like cockroaches, red and black ants, spiders, silver fish. For cockroach control, gel is applied at their har1bourages such as cracks and cervices, electrical appliances etc. the gel is applied with the help of applicator in the form of tiny dots not more than the size of matchstick head. The gel attracts cockroaches to feed on it leading to their death. The toxicant in the gel is also spread to other members resulting drastic reduction in roach population and in shortest time. The gel is applied mostly in the kitchen and other areas where cockroaches are noticed. This gel is effective against cockroaches only.For red ants control and black ants control a liquid odourless chemical is spread as a spot spray.

2. Rodent Management Service

Rodents include rats, mice and bandicoots with commensal rodents being the ones, which live, or near man. Rodents are considered as the Number 1 pest by making, since they are responsible for damage to his food at all stages from field to his dining table. They are also responsible for the transmission of dreaded diseases to man damage to his property by way of gnawing, which may result in short circuit and fore hazards.

Being a mammal, rats are very intelligent and highly adaptable creatures. Rodent control Or rat control is always a tough and challenging activity.

The rodent control strategy includes combination of: -

• Baiting
• Trapping
• Proofing

Baiting

Rodent control baits are based on second-generation single dose anti-coagulant bromadiolone. This bait does not require probating and is accepted readily by rats and do not cause secondary poisoning.

Rat Control Bait Station Boxes

• The baits are placed in bait boxes, which are strategically located at places frequented by rodents. Fortnightly visits are made to replenish the bait and monitor rodent activity dead rodents, if any are collected and disposed off.
• If surrounding open area is infested with rodents baiting treats the burrows.

Rat Control Glue Traps

• The premises where baiting is not advisable, rat control glue boards and traps are used, here the rats are trapped and can be disposed off suitably. Thus foul smell emanation from rats dying in inaccessible areas can be avoided.
• After the rodent control exercise and initial cleanup operation, it becomes essential to prevent entry of rodents from the surrounding areas and also to stop movement of rodents within the premises. This calls for certain proofing measures, structural additions and fixed mechanical barriers to check entry and movement. The best defence against termite invasion is an effective soil treatment, to provide a continuous barrier against termite by creating barrier between the structure and soil.

The treatment is carried out at following steps-

• Treatment to top surface of plinth filling
• Treatment of soil at wall and floor junction
• Treatment of soil along external perimeter
• Treatment of soil surrounding utility pipes and conduits
• Treatment of expansion/ construction joints.

POST CONSTRUCTION TERMITE MANAGEMENT SEVICE

This termite control service can be availed as a curative preventive measure for existing structures, which have not availed termite pest control at the time of construction.

The treatment comprises of drilling holes at the wall and floor junction level and filling it after pumping in sufficient quantity of termiticide.

This termite control method ensures a continuous chemical barrier from termite entry and protects the treated structure continuously.

This service is provided for the entire building or structure where all the sides are accessible for the treatment at ground level from outside.

• Pre-construction termite management service (5 year warranty)

This contract comes with a 5-year warranty for the entire building or structure.

4. BEDBUGS Management Service

Bedbugs are a cosmopolitan pest attacking all where hygiene does not play a role.

Bedbugs are hitch hikers and are very common in public transport, hospitals, theaters, hotels, hostels etc. they move from place to place along with peoples clothing and baggage. During

Daytime Bedbugs hide in tiny cracks and crevices and feed on blood at night. Since they are mostly found in beds they are named as Bedbugs.

Bedbug management consists of thorough inspection of the entire premises especially the places where people have extended period of contract. These places are beds, mattresses, pillows, linen storage compartments, sofa chairs, walls etc. In Bedbugs pest control a thorough insecticidal spray is given to all cracks and crevices in furniture, bed joints and other fixtures, special attention is given to mattresses beading and folds, where a light spray is delivered.

Since, a bedbug egg are resistant to insecticide penetration, the second bedbug management treatment is followed up within a fortnight to control new hatchlings.

5. Wood Borer Management Service

Woodborers are tiny whose larva feed extensively in the wood. The adults make tiny pinhead size holes on the surface of woods before flying out. The frass or powder starts falling out from these tiny holes. This is the first sign of infestation in the furniture. These are internal feeders.

Wood preservative chemical is injected into these tiny short holes with the help of syringe to kill larvae present in the woods.

The surface is also sprayed with chemicals having petroleum base. This service is not a odorless treatment.

Schemes available

Annual Contract-

Four services and no single service followed by monthly servicing for first four consecutive months.
Initial service followed by second service after two weeks.
Third service after four months from the beginning of the contract.
Fourth service after four months from the third service.

6. Mosquito Management Service

Mosquitos are the most irritating and annoying creatures. They play a significant role in transmitting the diseases in humans. They have a tendency to breed in various types of water for hatching eggs.

Mosquitos are the insects that cause diseases such as dengue, malaria, yellow fever, Chikungunya, Encephalitis. These are transmitted from human to human, animal to human through pathogens carried by these vector agents.
